Tasting notes: The dry leaf smells of plum and pine with a nectar-like sweetness. In the cup, the plum blossom comes through clearly. A faint bitter-almond note, which is natural to white plum blossom, weaves into the honeyed sweetness of the Lapsang. The liquor is clear, sweet and full-bodied, with a long, lingering finish.
Brewing: 5g of tea (about 10 blossoms) in water at 100°C (212°F). Steep for 5–10 seconds. Good for 6–8 infusions.
